Company: Chevy Chase Florist is the only florist located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and is privately and locally owned with 1 location to serve the entire Washington DC Metropolitan area. We are committed to offering only the finest quality flowers and plants backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because our clients are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your floral selection a pleasant experience. Our shop hours are:

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m Sunday
We are open on Sundays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. to receive your phone orders or to assist you in the store.  We generally are not able to make deliveries on Sunday unless prior arrangements are made with Chevy Chase Florist and there may be an additional delivery charge for Sunday deliveries. 

We are open other times by pre-arranged appointment

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A delivery charge of $12.00 will be added to your order. For deliveries outside of our immediate delivery area, this fee will vary. All orders being delivered in Chevy Chase must be received by 3PM to be delivered the same day. All other orders being delivered to the metropolitan areas must be received by 11:00AM for same day delivery. These times are subject to change depending on previously booked events or current floral holidays. We do our best to honor delivery time requests, but they are not guaranteed.  If recipent is not at home, we will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor, then place a delivery tag on door to inform recipient of the delivery.  Unless we are directed to do so, we will not leave packages at the door, and cannot be responsible for damage or theft.                                                                                                         We are happy to accomodate your international orders provided you contact our store directly. We cannot accept overseas orders via internet. A 48 hour lead time is required for delivery on all international orders.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color. 

Chevy Chase Florist is a quality, custom florist.  We design with only the finest Dutch flowers, Ecuadorian roses and locally grown flowers.  Although we do not sell carnations, mini carnations, mums, babies breath or alstromeria, these flowers can be custom ordered with a 24 hour notice.

In addition, we are not able to carry each of the containers for flowers and plants shown on the website, therefore we will use a similar, if not better, container than the ones displayed in the photographs.
