A delivery charge of $12.00 will be added to your order. For deliveries outside of our immediate delivery area, this fee could vary. All orders being delivered in Chevy Chase must be received by 3PM to be delivered the same day. All other orders being delivered to the metropolitan areas must be received by 11:00AM for same day delivery. These times are subject to change depending on previously booked events or current floral holidays. We do our best to honor delivery time requests, but they are not guaranteed. We are happy to accomodate your international orders provided you contact our store directly. We cannot accept overseas orders via internet. A 48 hour lead time is required for delivery on all international orders.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
